I Am a Pissed Off Citizen

Well, here we are in late 2006. A Democratic House & Senate have just been elected. Not even including those ridiculous things, I am a very pissed off citizen, and here's why. My government, and that would be all of my government including federal, state and local are more concerned with getting reelected or seeming to be Politically Correct than being a responsible government. Unlike Liberals (who are even reluctant to call themselves that), I will tell you exactly why. Here are four issues that really set me off.

A) Immigration: Who the hell does George W. Bush think he is to say that it's O.K. for people to come into, and stay in this country illegally. He's totally and absolutely wrong. He's only the President. He's not the President and Legislative and Judicial branch all rolled into one. What part of "illegal" does he not understand? We have a system that allows foreigners to become a part of this country legally. What your lawn looks like has nothing to do with it! Get used to it! A bigger part of the immigration problem is the terrorist infiltration factor. Maybe your lawn guy isn't a terrorist, but the system that let him in here unscathed is exactly the same system that lets in hundreds of terrorists that are ready, that are always ready, to kill you and your children.

B) Enlisting in the Armed Forces: Who the hell do people like John Murtha, John Kerry or Charlie Rangle think they are to say that the people enlisted in the armed forces are stupid or dead enders just that can't do any better? These are hollow headed things to say at any time. They are especially hollow headed now. Not to mention untrue! Kerry's plea to take it as a poorly delivered joke is a joke in itself. Rangle is probably more of a war hero than Kerry ever was, but he just doesn't get it either. The fact is, they're all idiots who just will never get a clue. I'd like these people to suggest something better for these GI's, but that won't happen because these people are just too withdrawn into themselves to come up with anything positive. Except, of course, withdrawing to Okinawa. Nice idea Murtha. Use some taxpayer money to buy a globe. Look at the globe. Not that that would do you any good you idiot.

C) Eminent Domain: Who the hell do the Justices of the Supreme Court think they are? It seems to me that the Constitution is very clear on this, but they, of course, beg (or demand) to differ. You think you own your house and land? You think you own your own property? No you don't. The Supreme Court decides if your property is better suited to be owned by somebody else. That doesn't make the slightest bit of sense, but that doesn't matter. The Supreme Court thinks it's Supreme. It's not though. I think it's the Constitution. Local and state governments could do a lot more to make this travesty a non-issue. Get on with it!

D) The Propaganda War: I am absolutely sick of the hideously biased reporting of the war by the so called news media. This is the print news as well as the TV news. Is there a war against terrorism or not? If you are hesitating about the answer to that, I'd suggest to you that maybe you aren't qualified to comment about it. It is a war against the terrorism of Islamic Fascists. There has been an abundance of evidence that the Main Stream Media (MSM) has been taking misinformation (here's an example) from the terrorists and reporting it as fact. This is diabolical. If this had happened during WWII there would have been trials for treason. If the MSM doesn't like the war, or it doesn't like Bush (both true), fine, it doesn't have to. Don't report lies to fortify that position. And get your editorials off the front page.

I'm sure there are a lot more. I'll get to them at some other time. Tell me where I'm wrong with any of these things. I'd love to hear it.
