Asparagus Soufflé
INGREDIENTS:
1 can asparagus spears (since they're being blended, use asparagus bits and pieces)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 almost cup mayonnaise (whatever that means)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350°. Put ingredients in blender & mix well. Pour into buttered casserole/soufflé dish. Place soufflé dish in pan of hot water & bake in oven for 1 hour or until set.
RESULTS:
Really tasty, but very rich. I could hear my arteries slamming shut!
I think next time I'll try ½ Cup of Mayonnaise and maybe ¾ cup of the cheese.
