Salmon with Rasberry Glaze
Ingredients:
¾ lb Salmon Fillet
1 Tbsp Red Rasberry Preserves
1 Tbsp White Vinegar
¼ tsp Pepper
Procedure:
Whisk Preserves and Vinegar together until well mixed.
Sprinkle pepper on fish. Put fish on heated grill or in a
pan, cover. Cook 3-4 minutes per side or until 145° and
fish is opaque.
Serve over Long Grain & Wild Rice and top with Rasberry Glaze.
