Pork Mustard BBQ Sauce

The Marinade Sauce used for grilling ribs just isn't up to the task of giving Pulled Pork that Carolina taste. It's similar though. Here's the stuff you need:

INGREDIENTS:
¼ Cup Vinegar
¼ Cup Mustard (Like French's)
2 Tbsp Syrup (Like Log Cabin)
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tsp Tabasco Sauce (or to taste)
1 Tsp Chili Powder

Mix all in a sauce pan and slowly bring to a boil. Just barely boil for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let it cool off before using it. Great on Pulled-Pork.
