Beer Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz. Pkg Cream Cheese
7 oz. Shredded Cheddar Chese
1 oz. Powdered Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
6 oz. Bud Light
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Blend with beater.
Chill for 1 hour.
Originally this recipe called for two 8 oz. Pkgs of cream cheese. George, in her infinite wisdom, used just one Pkg. As a result, it worked very well with just regular wavy potato chips. Best dip I've ever had.
