Barb Brower Crab Cakes
(Adapted from Baltimore Recipe, 19-Aug-1983)

Ingredients:
½ lb (8 oz) Lump Crab Meat
½ Cup Progresso "Panko" Bread Crumbs
¼ Cup Milk (as required)
1 Egg Well Beaten
1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
½ Tbsp Mayonnaise
½ Tbsp Melted Butter
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Dry Mustard
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Pepper
Preparation:
Add enough Milk to Bread Crumbs to soak until softened. Squeeze out extra milk if necessary.
Thoroughly mix all ingredients except Crab & Bread Crumbs.
Add Bread Crumbs & Crab and mix some more. Mix will seem a bit wet at this point, but that's probably OK.
If it seems really wet, add some more bread crumbs. If it seems dry, add a bit of the beer that you're probably drinking.
Form into cakes (about 4) and fry in well oiled frying pan. Drain on paper towels.
