Barbequed Fish Sauce

Tried this today with Tuna Nuggets. Absolutely great! And easy to boot. Got the general idea from a Publix suggested serving.

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Green Onions (Scallions)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Soy Sauce (or try cider vinegar instead)
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 lb Fish

Heat all this business (not the fish) in a pan big enough to hold the fish until the butter is thoroughly melted. Just before putting it on the grill, get the fish coated all over with the sauce in the pan. BBQ as usual, basting if needed. When ready to serve, reheat the remaining sauce and serve with the fish. Awesome! I'll take a picture next time.

Update: 29-May-2007
OK, here's the picture of the sauce. Used a little more Soy this time. Still great.
